Baby and More!

Baby Gibbons is due January 26, 2012. We couldn't been more excited! So far I was lucky with no morning sickness. But getting into trimester 2 has brought on the insomnia with a vengeance. oh well i guess you can only be so lucky :)
Nick has graduated from Expression in March and has since been working a little at Myers and is trying to find work locally. So far nothing but it hasn't been too long so we aren't worrying about it. Life is always changing and it just keeps getting better.

Update

Oh boy what a horrible updater am I. Just not a whole lot going on. We moved back in with Tim and Karrie just to save up money to move to the bay, since it is damn expensive. Nick got his wisdom teeth out on Friday and has been doing really well... the bastard ;) He was tired and cranky and a little dopey right after the surgery but today he has been doing fine.

Last Week Nick turned 21. He has been having fun with that one. We went to Mexquite a very good little Mexican restaurant. He did well. Especially on the drive home ;)

Summer seems to finally be on its way. I laid out by the pool today and actually got sunburned, it was great. Tomorrow we are Barbecuing and going to a concert, Taste of Chaos to see Avenged sevenfold, Atreyu and Bullet for My Valentine, and Nick seems like he will be fine for it.

The puppies are doing good They will go in at the end of the month and get fixed and have all their shots finished. They are getting so big, Moose will be 1 next month.

Nick Goes to College

So some of you know that Nick has been looking into a Digital art colleges for some time now, Well we found one in emeryville called Ex'pression and we have been looking into that school since this summer. On Saturday Nick applied for the college and today we found out he was accepted! So in June we will be moving down to the Bay Area.. so yeah just an update on our happenings!

Snowboarding

So Nick and I went snowboarding yesterday. It was absolutely beautiful. The snow was wonderful (finally). We went With Stephanie York and Andrew. Andrew is a beginner so it was kinda slow going but it was still a blast. The weather was beautiful. And only a little sore today.

O.P. cracks me up...

So O.P. Loves Toys that squeak. with have this stupid squeaky elephant that he puts in his mouth and just goes nuts to get it to squeak.Sadly the elephant has been put to rest. So I got him a reindeer.. just to be festive.. He loves the dumb thing it has super long arms and legs and he just tares around the house with it... of course making it squeak the whole time.. it cracks me up.
So tis weekend was a busy one... We had the Myer's Christmas party on Saturday which was a lot of fun. despite the crappy announcer lady.. would you like a box? But I did chop my hair... It's really short this time

Christmas is in the air....

So today we went to go get a Christmas tree in Apple Hill. We first went to Santa's Acres and couldn't really find a tree we really liked. So we went over to Honey Bear Ranch so I could take that journey down memory lane. We got yummy apple dumplings and Hot Apple Cider... We then ran into the owner.. I remember before my grandparents sold the ranch my grandpa planted a bunch of Christmas Trees so I asked the owner if they were selling the trees. She told me know because thy needed to be thinned out..But she told me that Nick and I could go cut one down.. So we got our Christmas tree, one that my grandpa planted years ago ;) Now we just need to get decorations!
